TC Cuadernos No 119/120: McCullough Mulvin 2004–2015

Founded by Valerie Mulvin and Niall McCullough, McCullough Mulvin Architects works on cultural buildings and public works in Ireland, with the premise of defining a new public profile in a changing society, working with diffused light and severe Irish materiality.

Her practice is focused on very particular contexts, making a multi-layered architecture with sublimated references that reflects the specific response to place and context, to the configuration of modern interventions in existing buildings, an open investigation into materials and forms, which can occur at any scale.

His work also extends to residential works and urban projects, in addition to continuing in publications and research works.
